Note: Adjustable Sequence Valve (Z01-03-10-A8SQ) is supplied with End-Tip option (2006000) with Year of Manufacture 2021 and greater.
Problem
When the machine is parked for a period of time the table will begin to Tip on its own. This can only happen if fitted with an optional End Tip.

The added weight causes the oil to travel from the cylinder back around the internals of the block. The flow of oil will always take the “easiest route”.
It will not happen when the wrapper is attached to the tractor as the escaping oil has an easy route through the return-line back to the tractor.
Solution
Install the ‘new’ adjustable sequence valve (part no. Z01-03-10-A8SQ) in its place. Ensure that the adjustable sequence valve is fitted to the Rod-end of the cylinder and that port ‘D’ is fitted closest to the cylinder .

Position the adjustable sequence valve as shown in the above photo. Slowly Tip the table the table while having someone looking at the position of the valve. Make sure that the valve does not come in contact with any other components under the table. If necessary, re-position the valve.
This sequence valve can be adjusted to increase/decrease the opening pressure of the valve which will allow oil to escape from the cylinder.
If the problem is still present after fitting the valve, then increase the opening pressure by turning the adjustment screw clockwise.
